Manage your Subscribe & Save plan — skip, pause, or cancel anytime with no hassle.
- What is Subscribe & Save?
- Subscribe & Save lets you set up automatic recurring deliveries of your favorite Petterm products at a discounted price — typically 10–15% off the regular price. You choose the frequency and can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Log into your account and go to "My Subscriptions." From there you can change your delivery frequency, update quantities, swap products, skip an order, or cancel entirely.
- Can I change how often my subscription ships?
- Yes. In "My Subscriptions," select the subscription you want to edit and choose a new frequency — every 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks. Changes take effect before your next scheduled order.
- Can I skip an upcoming delivery?
- Absolutely. In your account under "My Subscriptions," click "Skip next order" at least 24 hours before your next scheduled ship date. The subscription will then resume on its regular schedule.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel anytime from "My Subscriptions" in your account — no phone calls, no fees. If you're canceling because of a product issue, reach out first; we'd love to help find something that works better for your pet.
- When is the Subscribe & Save discount applied?
- The discount is automatically applied to every order in your subscription, including the first one. You'll see the discounted price clearly shown at checkout and in your order confirmation emails.
- How do I update my payment method?
- Go to "My Account" → "Payment Methods" to add or update a card. Any active subscriptions will automatically use your default payment method for future charges.
