Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account and visit "My Orders" to see real-time status.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on weekdays usually ship the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Subscribe & Save orders qualify automatically, regardless of order size.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the contiguous US. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK — check back soon.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Note that expedited options may not be available for PO Box addresses.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early). If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@petterm.com with your order number.
