What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your pet didn't take to the product, we'll still work with you — just reach out.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@petterm.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll see the credit back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes — if your pet refuses the product or it didn't work as expected, we'll accept returns on opened items within 30 days. We stand behind our formulas.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@petterm.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Can I exchange for a different product?
We don't process exchanges directly, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd prefer. Contact us and we'll make sure the timing works out.
